Redraw the hands completely and clearly: the hands are vaguely drawn with indistinct, sausage-like fingers and awkward grip on the heart box, and the lips are oddly filled. Draw each visible hand anew with five well-shaped, separated fingers in a natural grip or pose, sharp and in focus; change nothing else in the picture.
