The exterior world will be accessible only with a helmet, and the helmets will be forbidden by the government. The tunnels will be very dark, they will be less clean than today's cities. People will be transported by giant mutated insects. The insects will be controlled by telepathy. Ther will be more technology than today, but the government will ban smartphones, VR helmets and other technology to deprive citizens of liberty. People will have implants in their hands, controlled by artificial intelligence, to be watched by the dictatorships. If citizens won't respect the rules, like stay in the underground tunnels, he will be tortured or killed. The martial arts will be forbidden for the population, like other activities. People will only wear black and darks colors. Wear clear colors will be banned. The population will work all the time, they will be exhausted.
