The design concept for the amphibious housing is to create a sustainable and resilient structure that can withstand flooding. The house will be made of lightweight materials, such as fiberglass and GFRG panels, which are resistant to corrosion and water damage. The structure will be supported on a hollow cylindrical fiberglass base, which will provide buoyancy and stability.
