Create the front-face artwork for a challenge coin, designed to fit within an existing circular coin blank. Focus only on the illustrated composition, banners, text, character, flames, rifle, sling, and hot dog. Do not redesign the coin blank, outer metal dimensions, edge, thickness, or physical coin shape. The artwork should have a bold, highly detailed, dimensional challenge-coin aesthetic with an antique-bronze / engraved-metal look, dark recessed detailing, strong contrast, and vivid colored elements. The image should feel like sculpted relief artwork that can be translated into a physical challenge coin. At the top of the artwork, place a large curved bronze ribbon/rocker banner following the upper arc of the composition.
