A vertically seamless illustrated TRUE TOP-DOWN ground texture in the Streets of Rage 4 (2020) painted language. The entire frame IS the travel surface — no 3/4, no horizon, no sky, no vehicles, no buildings, no signs, no text, no characters, no streetlight pools (those break the tile). {SURFACE} TILE LOOP (required — this PNG is one repeating strip, not a painting): Two copies stack top-to-bottom in an endless scroller. The bottom edge of one copy IS the top edge of the next. The top row of pixels must continue the bottom row: same colour, same markings, no unique stain or band on either edge. DASH RHYTHM ACROSS THE SEAM (the usual failure): Do NOT leave the top ~10% AND the bottom ~10% empty of dashes — that stacks into a DOUBLE GAP (a long blank stretch every wrap). Do NOT put a complete dash on both rims either (that stacks into a thick doubled dash). Correct: each wrap rim has about HALF of one interior dash-gap of plain asphalt (~40–60 px, NOT 10% of the frame). When two copies abut, those two half-gaps become ONE interior gap. Dash-to-dash distance across the seam must match dash-to-dash inside the tile. Even dash/gap spacing that fits an integer number of cycles in the inner height. Even lighting so the wrap is not a brightness jump. TILE SET (required if this is one of several interchangeable strips): The wrap band must match every other tile in the set — same edge-marking x and thickness, same surface colour at both rims, no unique landmark in the wrap half-gaps.
