"Atelier Concierge is an AI-powered fragrance discovery service designed to help users find scents that perfectly match their preferences. The service works in two ways: 1. Users can take a picture of their existing fragrance collection. 2. If they do not have a collection, they can answer ten carefully designed questions. These questions are designed to capture both the conscious and unconscious preferences people may have when choosing fragrances. This develops a fragrance ID describing the geeral preferences of the User, this can also be used in store. The AI then create an additional set of question regarding the next choice and use case the user has for their next fragrance purchase. Using this information, the AI processes the data and generates five fragrance recommendations within the L’Oréal fragrance collection. Each recommendation is accompanied by a percentage score indicating how well it matches the user’s ideal scent profile.
