"A clean industrial concept rendering of a manual glue dispensing jig for 10" tablet assembly. A rigid rectangular wooden base supports two parallel linear guide rails made of aluminium profiles from a diy store. A sliding carriage rides on the rails and holds a custom tablet fixture with locating pins and edge clamps made of wood and screws. A vertical glue dispenser made of a metal rod and metal baseplate stand is fixed beside the carriage, with the dispensing nozzle positioned directly above the tablet edge. The carriage is moved by a front handle toward adjustable end stops. The fixture includes a 90-degree indexing mechanism for rotating the tablet between dispensing passes. The design is simple, robust, made from wood and aluminum profiles with a workshop prototype appearance, shown in an isometric engineering style on a white background." Ver mais
