Task: To create an animal that can survive in the tropical rainforest. Success criteria: Your creation must have a name You must have a clear, labelled drawing/diagram of the animal - you can colour this in pencil Have a minimum of three adaptations that make the animal able to survive in the tropical rainforest Annotations to explain how each of the adaptations helps the animal to survive in the tropical rainforest A food chain showing where your animal fits within the food chain of the rainforest. Explain how your animal protects itself from predators. Explain which country/countries the animal lives in (your country/countries must have tropical rainforest in them). Explain what impact deforestation could have on your animal and how it might need to adapt if there were less trees.
