I would like a layer cake with a slice of the cake where we can see the strawberry jam, which consists of three layers separated by two vanilla sponge layers. The first layer from the bottom contains a cinnamon cream. On top of the first sponge layer – that is, the second layer – there is strawberry jam spread out in a ring-like pattern. This layer is made of chestnut cream. On top of the second sponge layer, i.e. the third layer, there is a chocolate sponge. Finally, on top of the cake sits a gingerbread man holding two sugar canes in each hand. This gingerbread man is set in white chocolate ganache, topped with red and green sprinkles. Ver mais
