make this into an image: Policy changes AMPS Supplier Impact With the findings of the 2025 Finance Audit it was identified that there were some gaps in our AMPS Supplier Finance products including School Bytes, Sentral, Compass and Hero. What was found within the products was that Family Refunds and the management of the Excursion process was not meeting Policy requirements. Some suppliers functionality did not meet policy expectations for finance refunds and excursion management while other products met functionality aspects but did not meet the expectation that the refund and excursion process was a 2 step process with an initiator and an approver.
