• Can I upgrade or cancel?

  Anytime! You can upgrade or cancel in one click from your account settings page . Your subscription runs through the end of your subscription term, but there's never a contract.

• Can I get a refund?

  Our sales are non-refundable, but contact us if you have any issues. We ❤️ our customers! Remember, you can already try Craiyon for free!

• Do I get images of higher quality if I subscribe?

  Yes! All paid plans give you access to our highest quality model, which generates images with exceptional detail and accuracy.

• How do Edit credits work?

  Edit credits are used when you retouch an image or have an image as input. Generating images from text only (without an image input) does not use any credits. Credits are automatically managed by the system, using any purchased credits first, then your monthly subscription credits.
  
  You can always see your remaining credits in the generation interface.

• What if I run out of Edit credits?

  When you run out of Edit credits:
  
  

  • Subscribers - Continue creating images with text prompt only (no image input)
  • Free users - Upgrade to a plan

  
  Your subscription credits refresh monthly on your billing date. Need more before then? You can purchase additional credit packs anytime from your account.

• How do Edit credits renew for yearly plans?

  Yearly plans provide the same monthly benefits as monthly plans, with edit credits refreshing each month. You'll save compared to monthly billing while enjoying all the same features.
  
  Note: Credits don't roll over - they refresh monthly on your billing date.

• Do subscribers experience wait times?

  Rarely! Subscribers have priority access to our servers. In the extremely rare case you experience a wait, it will be brief. If you encounter persistent issues, reach out to team@crLOLaiyon.com.

• Can I get help using the product?

• Do I have to be a subscriber to use images commercially?

  No! You can use Craiyon images commercially with any account type, as long as you follow our Terms of Use.
  
  Free users must credit Craiyon when using images. Find our logos here: white, black, black & white.
  
  Subscribers can use images without attribution.

• Does my subscription include API access?

  No, we don't have a public API at the moment but will be offering one in the near future. We would love to hear your specific requirements.
