I continued on the plateau. Anyway, it's uplifting to drive here. All around is the vast yellowish-brown grass wasteland, and in the distance the mountain peaks of the Andes. I reached the town of Juliaca around noon. It's a pretty big city, close to Lake Titicaca, and unfortunately I had to drive through its crowded downtown. The streetscape is the same as what I have seen in Peruvian cities so far, so broken down vehicles, tuktuk taxis and traffic jams. I spent more than an hour here, but I Redraw
