The Green Door I enter the decaying, abandoned apartment building. I walk down the narrow hallway to the elevator. I enter the rickety old elevator and push the button for the third floor. The elevator doors close with a creak. The car lurches and lifts. The doors open and I see the green door at the end of the dimly lit hallway. I begin walking toward the green door as the floor groans under my feet. I think about everything that led me to this moment. I arrive at the green door. I step. I Redraw
