Create a **photorealistic overhead food photography image** of a gourmet poke bowl called a “Rainbow Burst Poke Bowl”, designed by four Year 7 students for a school Food Technology project. Show **ONE large round serving bowl** containing a moderate, realistic amount of food for four students to prepare in a 45-minute school practical lesson. The bowl should have a base of white quick sushi rice with toppings arranged in a **clear rainbow-style order in separate neat sections**: **pink-purple homemade pickled red onion, orange shredded stir-fried carrot, golden-brown chilli-soy chicken, bright green edamame beans, pale green sliced avocado, light green cucumber slices, and a small amount of dark green dried seaweed cut into thin strips**. Add a light sprinkle of sesame seeds over the chicken and a very small glossy drizzle of chilli oil over the finished bowl. The food should look fresh, healthy, colourful, gourmet but **realistically achievable by Year 7 students in a school kitchen**. Keep the portions moderate and do not overcrowd the bowl. **Do NOT include corn, blueberries, spring onion, cabbage, snow peas, carrot swirls, extra vegetables or extra toppings.** Use realistic food textures, natural lighting, a clean school-food-project presentation, and a 90-degree overhead camera angle.
