a rectangle shape side of house garden with these plants: Back row (closest to house) – All around 2-3 ft tall: Little Lime Hydrangeas (not full-size Limelights) ➔ Stays around 3 ft, perfect size. Double Knock Out Roses ➔ About 3 ft, dense and full of flowers. Middle row (slightly layered in front, but similar height to give a “full” look): Spirea 'Little Princess' ➔ 2–2.5 ft tall, mounds out really nicely. Lavender 'Hidcote' ➔ Around 18–24 inches, so it gives you a soft lower layer without being flat. Front edge (super low, 1–1.5 ft): Dwarf Catmint 'Walker's Low' ➔ Soft and a little sprawly but very controlled; gorgeous under roses and hydrangeas.
