Paper marbling in a peacock pattern, oil colours of teal, emerald, gold and burgundy floated on size and combed into repeating feather eyes with a bouquet comb, the colours pulled into fine scalloped arcs, the paper's fibre catching the pigment unevenly, filling the frame edge to edge, flat and square-on.
