Build: Distorted mass of drug-bloated muscle, veins like cables, his skin translucent in places—revealing glowing green liquid pulsing beneath. Head: Bald, with deep chemical burns on half his face. The other half has grown tumorous and stretched like wax. His teeth are sharpened, some gold, some rotting. His eyes flicker green like reactor cores. Mouth: Constantly foaming or dripping with chemical sludge. His breath smells like sweet antifreeze and sulfur. Voice: Deep, wet, like he’s speaking through a gas leak and a sermon. Clothing: A long “robe” made from firefighter turnout gear, barbed wire, and a priest’s stole. His chest is bare—scars and glowing veins on full display. Weapons: The Blightreaver – a two-handed axe made from melted satellite dish parts and sharpened rebar. Blightspit – he can vomit a corrosive, psionic acid that warps reality slightly on impact. Presence: When Methuselah is near, technology dies faster, and even torches sputter. Players may experience hallucinations just from proximity—whispers, flickering lights, pressure in their skull.
