Create a set of images to show what each step listed below would look like at it was being made Steps First, place a plain biscuit on a clean plate or tray. Next, spread a thin, even layer of coloured icing over the top of the biscuit. Then, place two jelly beans near the top of the biscuit to make the eyes.
