Create a color palette with the following colors:deep obsidian black with a subtle shifting sheen,including faint star-speckled patterning across my shoulders and spine. My under-scales glow with bioluminescent patterns in teal,aqua and soft blue. My eyes are sea-green but my eyes change colors depending on my mood.
