Designing a senior living village for elderly residents on a large site

Project Description: Designing a senior living village on a 10,000-square-meter site (81 meters wide and 121 meters long) for 100 elderly residents. The project aims to create a sense of belonging, vitality, and social interaction. The complex will include 5 to 6 buildings with different functions. The overall forms should be modern , with open spaces and shared courtyards playing a key role in connecting the buildings. All buildings should be designed as one or two stories to maintain a human scale and ensure easy accessibility. --- Building Functions: 1. Therapeutic and Physiotherapy Building: Located near the site entrance for easy access by external visitors. This building will be one story. 2. Residential Building (Elderly Rooms): Positioned at the heart of the site to provide easy access to all facilities, especially the therapeutic building. Due to its importance and the number of rooms, this building will be two stories. 3. Recreational Building: This building will include a Voir plus
