Whenever Paramount Animation is brought up, it's easy to find viewers automatically assuming that any animated film distributed by Paramount Pictures, as well as a few Nickelodeon Movies productions, had the involvement of Paramount Animation, when in reality, they were solely distributed by Paramount (or Netflix in the case of the streaming films). This is usually not helped by some films being initially announced to carry the branding, only to have it removed later on. Examples include The Little Prince, Anomalisa, the first two PAW Patrol movies (which was made more confusing by the third film being released under Paramount Animation), The Loud House Movie, Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank, Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie (a spin-off of the SpongeBob movies whose main installments are produced by Paramount Animation), and The Angry Birds Movie 3. This video by Bumpy Gaming goes into further detail on the confusion of Paramount Animation’s brand identity. Ver más
