Generate a flag. Structurally, it will have a similar look to the flag of the PRC, with the addition of two black (with yellow outline) diagonal stripes on the bottom right, separated by some space, and with enough room to the bottom right corner to allow for a circular symbol, a central yellow four point star, surrounded by eight small yellow kites, (organized so they fit between the vectors of each of the original points of the central star and being longer on the end that points towards the center. They're small and do not touch each other nor any other part of this circular symbol) all surrounded by a smaller full ring of sixteen four point stars.
