It is 8.5 metres long, 2 metres wide, and rises 4 metres into the air, so from the side it looks like a long, narrow tunnel with a very high roof. The entire structure has a silver/grey galvanised-steel frame. Four tall vertical posts form the main corners, rising straight upward to about 4 metres. Horizontal steel bars connect the posts along the top, creating a large rectangular roof frame. Additional vertical supports run along the length of the cage, making the structure look strong and evenly divided into sections. The dark cricket netting covers the entire structure. From the outside, you would see a huge mesh rectangle stretching from the front all the way to the back. The net runs vertically down both sides, across the entire roof and around the back, making the whole cage look like a giant mesh tunnel. From the front, the cage would look particularly tall. You would see a 2-metre-wide opening surrounded by the steel frame, with the dark net extending above it. Looking through the opening, you could see the entire length of the cricket net disappearing into the distance. The ground inside would form a long, straight cricket lane. From the side, you'd see the full 8.5-metre length. The bottom edge of the net would run almost perfectly horizontally along the ground, while the top edge would sit about 4 metres above it. The steel posts would break up the long side into several sections, giving the cage a Ver más
