Highly detailed technical blueprint and 3D architectural render of a DIY foldable SUP catamaran and trolley cart system. SUP BOARD SPECIFICATIONS: - Two Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs), each measuring 3.20 meters in length and 85 centimeters in width. - Distance gap between the two boards in water mode: 50 centimeters. FRAME AND MATERIAL DETAILS: - Frame constructed from 50mm diameter grey PVC pipes (fognatura series) reinforced with internal 45mm aluminum tubing inserts. - Joined together using 6x grey 87-degree (87°30') PVC branch elbow fittings (braghe) and threaded inspection end caps. - H-frame architecture with a central longitudinal folding hinge system. - Black heavy-duty ratchet straps securing the PVC frame directly to the deck of the SUP boards. TWO CONFIGURATIONS SHOWN SIDE BY SIDE: 1) OPEN NAVIGATION MODE (WATER): - Top-down blueprint view and 3D perspective. - The two 3.20m x 85cm SUP boards are positioned completely flat and parallel on top of water, spaced 50cm apart. - Rigid 180-degree flat PVC/Aluminum H-frame connecting both boards with diagonal locking support struts across the central 50cm gap. 2) FOLDED TROLLEY CART MODE (LAND TRANSPORT): - Side view and rear perspective. - The frame folds vertically via the central hinge like a book mechanism. - CRITICAL LAYOUT: The two SUP boards are folded HORIZONTALLY, stacked directly one on top of the other (horizontal pancake orientation, NOT vertical). - Two large 260mm pneumatic all-terrain wheels are mounted AT See more
