entered through the huge iron gates. taking in the big Georgian house with extensive grounds. Ivy grew up its stone pillars and hanging baskets bursting with colourful blooms hung either side of a solid oak door. At the back of the house to park, barely noticing the car parking signs. A rear entrance had been made, with the back door being replaced with double glass doors and a ramp leading up to them. A fire escape, too, had been installed, with metal steps and railings running across the building. The garden was exactly the same, though, with its immaculately cut lawns, vibrant flower beds and stone terrace leading into the house. See more
