Generate a realistic woodworking jig design that allows me to quickly make repeatable 1.5-inch-wide cuts spaced 1 inch apart along the length of a 2x4 board. The purpose of this jig is to create evenly spaced slots/notches in multiple 2x4s, where another 2x4 can fit vertically into the openings to act like slats/rungs (similar to the slats on a chaise lounge chair). Please show the jig from multiple angles (top view, side view, front view, and an exploded/assembly view) so I can understand exactly how to build it. Include: The base structure and materials needed How the 2x4 is positioned and secured How the jig guides the saw/router/blade to create consistent cuts The spacing mechanism that keeps each cut exactly 1 inch apart Any stops, fences, clamps, or indexing features needed for fast repetition Dimensions for the important parts The goal is a jig that is fast to use for many boards, not a one-off setup. I want to be able to make these cuts repeatedly without measuring each slot by hand. Use the example cut I provided as the target result, but redesign the process so it is much faster and more efficient.
