Amanada was a bit curious about this. “Now focus and feel in your mind. . the weight holding you down is fading and breath and exhale”, said the coach. Amanda did and she had to admit she was starting to feel a bit strange. “Now recite. Levius quam aer ego diffundor.”, said the coach. The entire team repeated it. “Yes relax and keep saying it”, said the coach. Amanda couldn’t help but feel more strange each time they said it. They continued until the coach said, “Stop. .now inhales and exhale. . feel yourself drifting away.” Amanda and the other did so. Amanda could swear though she suddenly felt a lot lighter, infact practically weightless. But it felt good all the same. “That’s it you are doing good”, saic the coach. “Now just take this moment.
