Conceptual design for a schwarzplan of a historical quality city area

I need to generate a schwarzplan. The city should have a comparable quality to established historical city centers. The area size of the city should be 10 to 20 hectares. The ratio of built-up area and public spaces should correspond to a medieval city. The structure of the building should be sufficiently colorful and diverse. The city should thus contain a square in the center of the city, but also on the outskirts of the city. There should be several parks scattered throughout the city, of different sizes and shapes. In the place of the former walls, a circular avenue should lead around the inner center.
