In the Style of Section 31 from Starfleet in Star Trek, create a federation Starship. It is a mobile Starbase and forward command ship for the temporal Cold War. Start with a Galaxy Class Dreadnought Hull and layout. It has a wider hull with enclosed landing bays on either side of the deflector dish. These bays run the entire length of the ship, allowing ships to fly in one side, and out the other. Each hanger bay big enough for 2 Odyssey class ships, and has a separate flight deck under the main bay, for federation peregrine fighter squadrons to launch and recover. From the centerline of the hull there is pylon that angles forward and supports the Saucer. At the base of the pylon that connects the saucer to the main hull, there is a torpedo launcher that is reminiscent of a constitution class refit. It has 10 torpedo bays encased in it. The saucer has 4 Phaser lances. The 4 phaser lances are broken up between the upper and lower halves of the saucer. Two on top, and two on the bottom. Each about half way between the Bridge and edge of the saucer. They each run lengthwise from back to front of the saucer. The Saucer and main hull have multiple phaser strips and pulse phaser ports. The engines are set up in a vertical and horizontal cross pattern. One extends up the centerline of the ship, with one descending from the center line. One extends horizontally from the left side of the ship, and the other from the right side of the ship. Each engine pylon has two engine nacelles. Mehr sehen
