How I'd design it Main image: You sitting at a desk/laptop, ideally with a slightly confused or “hold on…” expression. Behind/next to you: Carrie Bradshaw at her laptop, preferably in a recognizable writing pose. Text: WAIT… SHE WAS AN INFLUENCER? Keep the text large and minimal. Don't add a bunch of other words. Even better: make the visual joke obvious You could recreate a Carrie writing scene yourself: Left: Carrie typing on her laptop Right: You typing on your laptop Then put a subtle visual connection between the two—almost like you're asking: “Are we… the same?” That would make the thumbnail feel much more intentional than simply putting a picture of Carrie next to your face. And I would not put “Sex and the City” on the thumbnail.
