📢COMPETITION📢 This month I have a challenge, who can improve their delivery refunds the most when compared to last month. It’s simple, all managers will have their refunds totalled for the month and then compared with the previous month to see who has improved the most, to make this fair as I know some people run more shifts than others I will measure this by £s refunded per shift ran (overnights included). You might be thinking how can you impact this? -Ensure your people positioning is top notch , remember aces in places, especially during those peak hours. -Set clear expectations for crew working delivery such as double checking every order that flags and making sure all deliveries are weighed. -Make sure you’re coaching the correct procedures such as using the freshest fries first for delivery as they will stay hotter for longer! -Make sure you go into every shift with the station set up for success, do you have enough seals, enough bags, enough dips? Do you have the right things at the station? -Finally ensure crew engage with couriers, building a great rapport and getting every driver to swipe before leaving! Most improved will win a prize!!
