Get a large sheet of easel or chart paper. 2. You need crayons, marker and pens. 3. For fun: have on hand feathers, stickers, glitter, pictures cut out of magazines, photos of yourself at various stages of life, and other assorted materials. 4. Begin by drawing a life line that best represents your sense of life. Is it a straight line, or is it a line with a lot of peaks and valleys? You may want to use a pencil first so you can make later changes. 5. Mark important events along your lifeline: some of these experiences may include entering kindergarten, important childhood events, your first summer job, your first romantic partner, significant high school experiences, jobs, etc. As you recollect each experience and assess its value, your life will visually begin to reflect the highs and the lows. 6. You can use the crayons or markers to draw pictures or symbols or use words and phrases to identify the value you ascribe to it. 7. Once you come to your present age, mark the spot on your lifeline, and project into the future, continuing the lifeline. Mark your ages and the events you hope to achieve by these dates. What experiences are you hoping to experience? 8. Embed this lifeline in the workbook itself, in the correct order. Mehr sehen
