A unique and highly ornate hybrid weapon, designed as a rapier-pistol with a single long, slender flintlock barrel, presented as a ceremonial collectible piece. The weapon rests in a custom presentation box. Weapon Details: Hilt (Grip and Guard): The grip is that of an antique flintlock pistol, crafted from striped black walnut wood for an ergonomic hold. The pommel is solid silver, and a gilded brass cap finishes the grip. A complex and stylized rapier guard in gilded bronze surrounds the mechanism area, featuring elegant curves and twisted motifs. The guard is extended to allow a two-handed grip, blending the structure of a sword with that of a pistol. Mechanism: Above the guard, a complete flintlock firing mechanism (lock plate, cock, pan, frizzen) is meticulously engraved with floral and geometric gold patterns. At the center, a circular bronze plaque with intricate engravings conceals the pivot. Body and Barrel: The central body, made of blued steel, extends into a long, slender structure resembling a rapier blade. This body is framed by rich, complex gold engravings running along its entire length, outlining the edges of a "false blade." A single long, slender barrel emerges from the end, also in blued steel, with ornate bronze fittings at its base. The breech block is open on top, revealing a single chamber for a cartridge, with an open chamber cover. Barrel Tip: The muzzle is clean, in blued steel, framed by gilded bronze ornaments.
