A year ago I would have rated this business with five stars. The manager at the time, Mickey, made me feel seen, heard, and cared about. She listened to my needs and concerns and stocked products which met not only my needs but the needs of other medical cannabis patients in the area. A few months ago Mickey disappeared and the quality of the products in the store began to suffer. In the past couple of months the customer service has deteriorated to the point where I am disinclined to ever return. All of their vape and concentrate brands are produced using petrochemicals (hydrocarbon process is what they call it), the last few concentrates I purchased were all labeled "BIG OIL" (yes, in all caps, like it's something to be proud of instead of an environment-destroying nightmare). Worse, the customer service has gone from the best in the area to absolute SHIT. What entertains me about the situation most, however, is that business has dropped off by 80% in the last few months, at least by my observation. When I asked last time I was foolish enough to go into this store, when my favorite brand (Rove ... absolutely marvellous and completely hydrocarbon-free product!) was going to be restocked, the budtender's response was to look awkward and ask me if I had considered checking the Brand's webpage for other distributors. I was also told that the owner of the Flor chain "likes to micromanage this store." In other words, the crappy customer service which has developed in the last Mehr sehen
