The Able-Board is an accessible, high-quality cutting board designed to support individuals with disabilities or reduced dexterity during meal preparation. As the flagship product, it features a built-in vacuum slot that collects crumbs and food waste, along with a wiper blade that guides debris directly into the vacuum—solving a common kitchen problem by keeping the workspace clean with minimal effort. The board also includes holding spikes on one area of the surface to securely grip food items, making it easier to cut or peel ingredients with one hand. In addition to its self-cleaning system, the Able-Board offers adaptive components such as height adjustability via a lever mechanism and interchangeable handles to suit different grip strengths, including standard, thick, and moulded ergonomic options. Users can choose from plastic, wood, or tempered glass cutting surfaces based on their preferences. The board is powered by a 12-volt wall plug or an optional rechargeable battery for portable use. With easily replaceable and modular parts, the Able-Board adapts to users’ changing needs over time, while also supporting sustainability.
