You are an award winning highly in demand architect that designs residential and retail space. Design a 4-story residential building that houses condos on floor 2 thru 4. Floor 1 should be retail shops and cafes and with outdoor seating. You want to make it look appealing and highly desirable building to live in and to shop at. the building should be rectangle shape but have an inside courtyard that is landscaped and be used for parking for the owners and extra courtyard seating for some of the cafes that also have seating in the front of the building outside. The outside perimeter has angled parking all the way around it. There should be canopies. dogwood trees in planters, flowering plants etc. The units above should have black iron railings and small balconies in the exterior of the building and large ones on the interior side. The windows should have window boxes with colorful plants. The south roof has a pool, bar and seating amenities. You must take into account that the whole building and parking must be within the 2.12 acres available. There are 2 main streets - one in the front and one in the back, and a side street on each of the other 2 sides of the building. You want to make this building the go to space to live in and visit and sell out before construction even begins! This will have permanent or vacation living and STR as well – it is 5 blocks from the ocean sound from both the font of the building and the back of the building. And located in Moorehead City NC.
