CRITICAL — TRACK SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE ═══════════════════════════════════ ABSOLUTELY NOT a single long track on each side like a tank. Instead, the robot has FOUR INDEPENDENT BOGIE MODULES: - 2 bogies on the LEFT side - 2 bogies on the RIGHT side Each bogie is a SEPARATE SELF-CONTAINED UNIT, roughly 180mm long x 100mm wide x 80mm tall. Each bogie has its OWN SHORT TRACK LOOP wrapping around it. Each bogie track is SHORT (180mm contact length), NOT full length. The 4 bogies are attached UNDER the central chassis via articulated pivot joints, like suspension arms. There is a VISIBLE GAP between front bogie and rear bogie on each side. Think: 4 small independent tank-like feet under one flat body. ═══════════════════════════════════ BOGIE DETAIL (repeat x4) ═══════════════════════════════════ Each bogie contains: - 2 cylindrical DC motors Ø45mm, side by side, oriented along the driving direction (front-back axis) - 1 orange drive sprocket Ø55mm with 8 visible teeth at the FRONT of the bogie - 1 smooth grey idler wheel Ø45mm at the REAR of the bogie - 1 short rubber track loop with small 3mm cleats/lugs wrapping tightly around the sprocket and idler - Bevel gear transmission box (black, 40x40mm cube) connecting motor shaft to sprocket axle at 90 degrees - Bogie housing: matte black 3D printed PLA, rectangular with rounded corners, visible print layer lines - 4x silver M3 hex screws on the motor mounting face ═══════════════════════════════════ CENTRAL CHASSIS Mehr sehen
