I have an empty lot in downtown. its a commerical lot. there are apartments around me. and a gas station across the street. the lot is 108 feet wide and is 208 feet deep. the 108 foot part facs the road and the gas station across the street. I want to draw a single story commerical building the will contain a fitness center the buidlign will be just barely behind the sidewalk. it will be approx 80 feet wide by maybe 20 feet deep. with glass across the front to be able to see people working out. the lot will have a driveway down the right side if you are facing the fitness center. the drive is 25 feet wide. it leads to the gym parking that is directly behind the gym. theres maybe 7 or 8 spaces with room to pull in and back up to pull out and go out the same way you came in. In the back of this lot is a two story aprtment buiding. With 6 or 7 ine bedroom units on the first floor and 6 or 7 more units on the second floor, This building is about 90 feet wide and has parking in the front and across from it. Theres even some golf cart parking, there apartment building should have maybe 14 to 18 spaces.. Mehr sehen
