I’m going to upload a photo that I want to edit. It is a photo from the TV series “House,” in which the protagonist is depicted in two scenes: in one as a patient with schizophrenia (this photo needs significant revision; the depiction shouldn’t be so dramatic, I want the character to be portrayed clearly and not look almost exactly like Dr. House, but the clinical picture of schizophrenia should be depicted by showing him as more suspicious and fearful, with paranoid delusions of persecution) and in the second as a patient with a substance use disorder (in the series, he is addicted to Vicodin) without the cannabis leaves visible in the background. In the middle, there is a photograph with a realistic depiction—not a sketch—showing him deep in thought and anxious. I want speech bubbles to emerge from the head of the central photograph, like in cartoons where the hero is shown thinking, and to end in a final thought cloud on each side containing the sketch images we have to the left and right of it the central image, as if the central hero were considering these two possible interpretations of himself. The central image can be smaller but still of sufficient size and clarity Mehr sehen
