The West Caroga Lake Association holds fun themed fourth of July boat parade on West Caroga Lake starting near Shermans at 4:00. This year’s theme is "Hollywood on Caroga". Participants can decorate their boats to reflect their favorite movie and can also dress as their favorite characters. Please help me to design a logo for this event.
