Directly outside the cell block corridor, a small guard post stands as a silent sentinel. Wooden tables hold half-eaten meals and decks of worn playing cards, evidence of guards' past breaks. There are five plates, and you hear the clattering of 10 feet. Five guards approach the party. The GUARD TRAINEE is a fresh recruit, still finding his footing in the prison hierarchy.
